Teas
Our herbs are grown, dried and packaged on-site at our Soil Association certified organic farm.
Pre-blended teas are supplied in 25g and 50g bags.
To make a herbal tea from loose herbs allow one to two heaped teaspoons per cup. Use an infuser, teapot or jug with a cover. Add boiling water and allow the herbs to infuse for 5-10 minutes before straining. Except for sleepy teas, try having several cups a day.
Our range of herbal tea blends have been formulated with specific purposes in mind but we have only indicated generally how they may be useful. You may find some of the flavours unfamiliar though the ingredients have historically been used as foods. All the teas can be drunk long-term but switching between several favourites is a healthy approach.
Any medical conditions that might make the teas unsuitable are listed in the product description and noted, in red, on the packaging.
